OKAY. Its easter holiday. I'll have a month's break from all the work. In this 1 month i will be MIA from everything because tommorow i'll be going on a trip to czech republic (Prague) - Austria (Vienna & Salzburg) - Hungary (Budapest). .....OK! Haiya basically i'm kinda fark up over here la and guess what my room temperature is 13Celsius wtf SO COLD LA DIU DIU DIU! but still after reading ur post i feel the warmth again.. Oh yes ah shit so corny. Anyway, yes asses 0601PM6 (i have to put 0601 because not every year's pm6 is up to our par) rocks la. This blog is the perfect evidence. I doubt that there is any other class who has their own blog, even if they do it will be SO DEAD; at least ours is still going quite well, but we need more ppl to check and post la. Hmm actually i really feel very happy whenever there is something new up there. Thanks to you guys to keep this thing alive. Even though u just post a wussup cibets here it will still be very comforting to me.

Yeah we miss PM6 and all the college life. But now we are all in separate places, separate timezone, separate bunch of friends. We have to move on i guess. Move on as in not the move on and forget everyone kinda thingy. I think it will be better not to dwell on previous memories and keep stuck at that moment and miss them. Why not using those as a base and build it even further? For me the distance is like a challenge. It is an obstacle to see how strong we are in this relationship. not the gay relationship but this PM6 family's bond. Why not update everyone about what you have been doing and what you have been thinking, which girl or guy you are going after, which lecturer is shitz, which bastards are annoying which guy or girl has recently became your good friend? describe more about these then maybe next time when we talk it wont be like: eh 'how are you? My heater broke down. I have to wash my hands and dishes with 6 degree Celsius water. I froze myself over the night cuddling in bed with my thin sheet of duvet, afraid of rolling to other side of the bed which wasnt heated up by my own body warmth. The title of my 1000words essay and 500words essay for my coursework, I has not even decided yet. It's like 3am over here now..gosh my eos is coming and i still cant find the mood to study..all i've been doing for the past few days was just staring at a whole pile of notes in front of me and day dream..as day goes by i'm getting even more stress..grr!!sometimes i just feel like burning all the pharmaco,microbe,biopharm and physical pharm books..i hate all of em for making my sem 3 life hard!

And after reading jennie's post and going through our blog for the past 1.5 hours..i've decided to post something here instead of studying for my EOS which is just 11 days away lol..shit i'm soo screwed i still got like damn alooooooooot to study la omg omg omg omg omg *panics*

I really miss u guys alot alot alot..I miss the good old days when we used to spend together in labs,classes and in asia cafe..i miss the time we spend in ftz pawning all the noobs and all..i miss the time we spend together during lunch, i still can recall all the good memories we had during lunch time, all the jokes(especially those racist ones) and laughters.(when i was typing this one thing crossed my mind,i dont seem to recall any other classes spending their lunch time together as often as our class does,somemore, in a big gang,consist of almost all the members of the class, woot! 0601PM6 rocks!!) And not to mention, all of the class trips we had before.

Actually i used to wonder if i'll miss college after i pass out. Now i'm sure i miss the people, u guys mostly. And i’m sure i miss keat ying's ride to and fro, early in the freaking morning(6am,i used to complain to nam alot why the heck she wants to go college so early,but its actually worth it to avoid the jam), the 30mins I spend in her big ass pajero listening to music and sleeping, sitting beside faggot nam,with kjie sitting in front. I also miss the atmosphere(especially the one at 6.30,we reached early that day, both me and nam were sitting on the bench outside the lab, the little garden there,the air was fresh and the sky is still dark,it was all quiet..i wont forget that scene.). I also miss all the toilet trips we had..And i can remember we used to sneak out to eat during short break time,especially before ms suzie's class..I can recall there's once ms suzie was really mad coz we entered the class 15 mins late ><. I even miss the tom yam fried rice i took in "As u like it". Gosh. I miss everything and every single moment we spent during the 1.5 years.

Then again, I think that college life is like life itself. It’s unfair, it’s got its share of days which make you feel like you just want to stay in bed, and its share of phases when you can’t wait for tomorrow to arrive. Its got more than its share of injusticeness, trials and obstacles, heartache, pain, sorrow(what else?), but in the end, it’s all worth living.

U know, for a moment i wish our college life is 15 years instead of 1.5. But heck, life has to go on, and, i hate life. Kays, back to my pile of book now. Hope u guys doing fine over there, and remember to take care no matter where u are. *missing u guys alot.each and everyone of u* :)

how much i’ll miss shouting across class to retaliate to insults

how we will cross the streets oblivious to other bigger motor users!

how we’ll spend the first five to ten minutes of break deciding on where to eat, only to later change our minds and stand at the guard house going through another five to ten minutes again of deciding and how we’ll always be stupid enough to stand under the sun on top of that…

how we’ll whine and moan and complaaain to ms suzie for giving us so so so
much homework without any sense of remorse or pity..

how we joke and push each other in class, or the times when the guys run out of the toilets

or the times where we actually can see the serious sides of each other…

how we’re there for each other in times of need, comfort,
a bit of slapping, and waking up… but i know they’re there…

3. u know how doctors u see in hospitals look really nerdy? i bet they were the weak specky types that got pushed in the sand and then had big bullies kick sand in their face.

14. I have the pictures of 2 drawings of my name, one on a big sketch book and another on the wall of a shack. They were done by somebody i've never met before in real life. Know him from blueserver. He just did the name art and showed it to me. I didn't know he did it until he showed me.

15. Number 14 really scared my pants off in a rather pleasant way. And no he's not gay, just really into art. Apparently DATY looks good done artistically. RIght like i'd know? art and i are sworn enemies.

16. Which brings me to this : the most fun i've had in art class was in form 2 and i held a brush in my hand, to paint on Vishnu's shirt. (we had an argument. and for the record, he started it.) our shirts looked better than our art paper at the end of the day :D

What They Eat:

Food la duh. British food sucks unless you are a fan of steak, fish & chips, cereal and beer.
Potato, potato and potatoes. They never have enough of this. All different form of potatoes ranged from mashed, boiled, steamed etc etc.
You can actually find some nice restaurants serving authentic food from other countries because they hire some cheap illegal immigrant cooks. No complaints.
Their favourite Chinese food: sweet & sour chicken =.=
They drink water from the tap. Only the cold water is drinkable. If you guys are not used to this you can buy some tap filter from markets to filter your drinking water.

What They Speak:

English. Different part of UK you will hear different accent. Takes some time to understand some accent such as the Georgies.

Come down from the f******apples (stairs)! - apple & pears

British say ‘Cheers’ means Thank You. Don’t yam seng with them.
Manners are important. Say ‘please’, please.

That just means hello normally. There is no need to think of anything to reply other than -I’m fine thank you- unless you want to start a conversation.

How to start a conversation? Talk about the weather! British always do that.
It is important to shake hands when you meet someone, especially when introducing yourself.

If you haven’t been clubbin before, this is the place to break your clubbin hymen. Even good boy like me go once in awhile.
Bars and pubs are their hangout place instead of mamak. No more milo ais or teh ais. They will be replaced by beers.
Rare to find British who don’t drink alcohol. They love getting drunk and do 3P everywhere. Whats 3P? Puke, Pee and Poop.
They love fancy dressing. Sometimes you will see guys running around with G-string.

Malaysians live on trees, and belongs to Singapore.
Americans are idiots
They have no idea what are fish balls and bolster.

Clothes To Bring

This section is mainly for guys.

Bring lots of underwear! Because of the cold weather you might not change your clothes that many times but you need loads of undies if you change it every day.
There is no need to buy a lot of jackets/sweater. Just bring one that you think will keep you warm and come over to buy as there are more selection and more suitable ones. Loads of hoodies to buy too.
Guys bring some shirts and also a set of formal wear. There will be ball and formal things to attend. Also can be used for clubbin and stuff.
Bring T-Shirts! You can bring old or ugly ones coz you are gonna wear few layers anyway or cover it with your jacket.
Bring a pair of sport shoes, and also a pair of leather shoes. You can buy nice ones here. A pair of slippers will be cool too.
JEANS! You will wear them most of the time.

Things To Bring

Money, passport and important documents
LAPTOP! THIS IS YOUR LIFE HERE
ID card that shows date of birth such as driving license. Need it to enter pubs and clubs.
Stationeries. It is damn expensive if you buy here.
Batteries
Blank CD/DVDs
External hard drive. You will love the internet speed here. Gigs of porn awaiting you horny assholes.
Condoms if you want to lose your virginity here.
The liquid for contact lens if you use one coz its expensive here.
Medicine.
Alarm clock if you don’t want to buy one here.
Camera is a must. I’m sure you gonna travel around.
Mp3 players for boring lectures
A4 papers and test pad if you can afford the extra weight
Some RM when you go back home
Bag? Handbag?
Personal hygiene stuff. I would recommend that you bring some and if they don’t suit you, buy some coz diff weather and humidity.
Lip bums and some skin care stuff if you wanna look pretty or gay.
A set of cutleries just in case

DON’T BRING PEPPER SPRAY. It is classified as weapon. No one will wanna rape you.

Extra Advices

Be yourself. Don’t try to pick up their accent because eventually you will sound really weird and everyone HATES you. Well just don’t use too much ‘la’s la.
Try to mix around with different people. Don’t just stick with Malaysians. If not whats the point of coming oversea?
Approach the British and talk to them. Don’t expect them to invite you to join their circle. You have to take the initiative.
NatWest will be the bank that you want to open your account with. HSBC is good choice too. Other just fark them.
Bring your handphone. Then you can explore deals given by phone companies then choose some package that suits you.

spent the past week in good boi study mode. I actually want to try to finish my notes for this exam... so sick of my not preparedness every exam. Grrr, good luck with THAT.

And here i am now, down with a cold. I think it's a cold, rhinitis with that annoying dry back of the throat sensation, no fever headache or arthralgia. So i don't think it's a flu. ~.~

Anyways im posting this at 12.38 pm on friday. I just woke up 20 minutes ago. I've been checking the blog everyday but i didn't know wad to reply for the gathering thing. I think my christmas and new year is gonna be so miserable for all the studying. No matter, I will be happy on Christmas no matter wad im doing lol. Comon lah God's "birthday" tak-kan i sit around bitching right? hahahaa. Okay dont take my last sentence literally, the whole God's birthday thing will send theologians nuts.

Aaaaaanyhow, today was supposed to be packed with shit to do. Like in the morning was supposed to be Clinical Skills Unit(CSU) practice with Nam as our simulated patient(sp). And then Jimmy said that he'd gotten some lecturer to reteach some stuff at 2 pm as well and asked if i wanted to come along. But last nite i finally....succumbed to this congestion. And i thought oh gg la im so screwed and exhausted and now im sick how am i gonna do anything tmr summore need to wake up early and go and whole day packed with shitz zomg zomg zomg die la explode and die now. And then at night after i got home and let my parents fuss over me for abit( about falling sick) then i got a msg from jimmy oh he got the date mixed up its not friday(today) and then nam called and said hey he's sick with a cold too so he can't make it for SP duty lol. Excellent. Just like that at the end of the night I suddenly have a free Friday. Nothing speaks loud and clear like God clearing your schedule nicely for you in one swipe. " Now, I want you to rest tmr. See i've removed whatever u needed to do SO YOU BETTER REST AH CCB." So i slept until 12 o' clock to honour that. Good huh. Ahahaha GET WELL SOON NAM NAM AND THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP IN CSU. All your help i know u did it just for me and end up other ppl also benefit from your generosity and effort. THANKS J00!

Hmm i better post something if not the blog will become inactive again.

So.... Yeah I'm having my 1month Christmas holiday now, or should i say study break? Its a week already and I'm still havent done anything. During the last week of the term i was already fed up with all the work and i basically skipped most of the lectures. Oh and i had a proper Christmas dinner with some of the Putih friends the other night. It was quite a good experience. Tried the traditional mulled wine. Its just some cheap red wine heated up with spice and it turned out pretty good. Then we pulled the crackers and out came little paper crown/hats and u put it on to look retarded. it was a feast, with roast chicken, roast pork, potatoes etc but no rice rofl.

hmm these few days have been chillin out. on sunday night it just came into a mood that i brewed a whole jug of coffee and finished them off. then.. u guess it. i was kept awake playing pc games for... hmm the next 24hours? lol. then the next night i slept for 14hours long lol!

Eh guys u all can come UK d.. British Pound dropped like mad and at one point it was even lower than Euro! It sucks for me cause it will be hella expensive to convert pound to Euro for travelling. thats why i'm stuck in Notts for this Christmas. Saving up for Easter la.

Aiya got gathering shitz i m not back. Oh Nam u can write something here la.. i give u idea. write about how u and keili got together nyehehehhehehe

I enjoyed my day yesterday, which was a Saturday. Woke up at 1pm, went for a swim, came back home and cooked some food for myself as my housemates were out. Then brewed some coffee for myself (I bough a new French Press :) - a coffee maker), and enjoyed some Cadbury chocolate icecream. It was much of a contrast of all the busy days i had b4 that.

There were few consecutive nights of parties. First started on Friday with my Thai housemate's friend's surprise birthday party held at my place. Then next day was a potluck with my Malaysian medic friends. Sunday went out again for another bday party and then tuesday was a Christmas dinner with my seminar group British friends. Wednesday was my choir performance night and the nights before was all practise practise practise. Then last friday it was the medic's ball.

It felt sooooo relieved after all these hectic days ended. Well they were all fun but there were a flipside of them. The parties held at my place, I was the one who cooked, washed and clean up the house. My other housemates did their part by 'serving and taking care' of the guests. Then i had quite some hard time during the choir practises. I was kinda like a rebel of the group coz most of the time i was late and i was the one with most opinions. So the conductor kinda had some prejudice towards me as he openly told me off that my behavior would affect the whole group. Thats fine i admit it was my fault for being late for practice, but i was there for most practises. Some people skipped and some even pulled out. I'm a freakin volunteer and i'm being farked. argh nvm its all over i dont feel like complaining more but those were stressful days.

It will be holidays in a week's time so i'm really looking forward towards it so that i can have more time to chill out. its really nice to see people to start being active in this blog again, and a very big welcome to asses who made his first post there hahaha. FLIRT KING!

However, stress not converted to motivation, no motivation = no study. Stress build up, head asplodeee. You WANT to study but things don't go in. I think my neurones are demyelinating nicely.

Thats what lectures are about for the past week. So boring. Dont know why just kinda lose motivation to go to lectures. Rather just stay at home and sleep. Missed 2 lectures last friday coz overslept (woke up at 1pm wtf).

K I spent my entire Saturday at the Notts Malaysian Games. It was a great day though, get to meet loads of friends. Hmm let me see who i met. Yi Siin, Sue Bee, Nigel, Yuen Loo, Wen Long, Hai Ming, Joanne Ong (these are my CHS frens), and then those frm taylors:

Its Thava wtf... Cant believe my eyes when i saw him waving at me.. I was like HEY ISNT THAT ANOTHER BLACK GUY FRM PM6??? ANyway had a short chat coz i was freakin busy fark.

This year's basketball tournament went pretty smoothly unlike last year when i was the head official. Everythign went according to order, special praise for all the responsible fellow volunteers who knew their job and did well. Last year was total chaos due to bad organising (not me) and irresponsible volunteers who just came to report, get free shirt and dissapear to fark somebody. Anyway these are my fellow volunteers friends that i met on that day

I was there frm 8am til 7pm, operating the scoreboard most of the time. Its a pretty cool job though coz i get to know new friends frm other universities. Imperial College of London won the tournament, beating Nottingham 46-40. Quite a close match actually, coz imperial college was always the champion. However the Nottingham university still came out as champions in overall coz they sent teams for almost every competition lol.

After the Notts Games the committee members held a appreciation party to those who helped out during the games. That means: FREE FOOD! yeah man they served nasi briyani and curry soooo freakin nice. Few of us were quite high on curry so we did stupid things like went to the front and yamseng with the high commissioner of education frm Malaysia lol. then we took a photo with him. like long lost bro lidat rofl.
Lets jump topic. My housemates and I bought a Christmas tree LOL. It costed like 21 pounds then we saw another freaking big chrismas tree in the shopping center. we were like wtf we want to buy that!

Ah. Bugger. It's 1.22am sunday morning. Exam is just over, I've just completed my rotation posting this past week and this is the first weekend i've actually had to myself for quite sometime. A short breather and then back into the fray for that big ass exam at the end of the year stretching over the new year and ending on the 3rd of january. ( which means im pretty doomed to suffering during christmas, missing any mistletoe making out or new year party-ing and just generally being a soggy biscuit until next year. Oh Joy I can't wait.)

Okay enough bitching, as i was saying i realized i havent posted anything for a long time. long enough time for dinosaurs to become extinct and for bitches to stop being bitches. Oh wait, cancel the 2nd part; bitches are still and always will be BITCHES. ( but i think that's for another post)

Soooo... with reference to the previous posts, JH u can finally see how far jennifer can travel now - she discovered the wheel baby. Just look at her picture there. You dont need to worry about punctured tyres if she's in the car...unless of course she caused the puncture in the 1st place. ( i am of course making vague stabs at the spare tyre around her waist). Now all that's left is for me to sit here and wait for jennie to go all apeshit on me. The time between this post and when the shit starts hitting the fan with jennie kicking my ass for this post, shall be a valueble indicator of how often jenniegu checks this blog. Anyways, jennie i kid. You look good. Sounds like you're having loads of fun...without me. Let's just say this angsty post is caused by the sour-ness of the grapes im totally sucking now.

Eish. Something kewl i did today: i finally sat my ass down and watched "the silence of the lambs" today. Anthony Hopkins totally pawned my ass with his acting. not the usual terror of a maniacal killer...more of a cold,calculated, i-know-the-colour-of-your-guts kind of killer. "So tell me Clarice, have the lambs stopped screaming yet?" If you haven't watched the show, you better watch it THIS INSTANT. If you've watched it before, then you should go watch it again. RIGHT NOW. A few times. In a row.

As for uni life. Ugh. What can i say? The usual la. Trying to study, actually studying, swiftly forgetting all that's just been studied, studying it again, forgetting again, sleeping, falling asleep studying ( which seems to be the best cure for sleeping problems ), eating unhealthy food and shit(which i don't have to pay 192837491823 pounds for), interacting with bitchiz, getting pissed off BECAUSE of the interaction with bitchiz, forgiving bitchiz, and then promptly ranting about them again on the class blog. Like i said, the usual ... Shit.

Alright abit about the rotation posting that just passed. It's not like me to post stuff for the whole world to read, but since i'm already doing this i might as well tell you about the kuala kubu baru trip:

my group for rotation had 30 ppl, perhaps half or a third of which are penguins and bakkutteh haters. All in all the guys were still pleasant. but some of the penguins deserve to be...hailated. Junhao style.

Here's how it works, you take turns to get shipped off 30 ppl at a time to this little shithole in the middle of effing nowhere. Apparently they decided to give it a name though: kuala kubu baru. K la K la actually the place is quite pleasant and i liked the trip and bla bla bla. But honestly we were a tad pissed that we were paying like wad? 27k a semester to IMU and they think hey it's nice if we eject our students to some ulu place for rotation postings.

Arrived on sunday. Looked around at... a small town. Put it this way, when we passed the town centre and we saw a Maybank in one of the shoplots we were jumping for joy. ZOMG CIVILIZATION. i was all " omg omg look guys, there's TRADE going on here for there to be a bank!" lol. We were fortunate coz sunday nite is pasar malam nite. We actually got some decent food there. And then we thought hmmmm maybe this place ain't all bad after all LOL. There was also a 7-11 store which we raided everyday seeing as it's the one place that's...familiar to us. There was also One chinese restaurant ( that's right ppl! it's PORK!) which wasn't too bad, and which every single chinese IMU student has visited whenever they get posted to KKB. It's like a must. U want pork u go there. And we're effing chinese. Our heart pumps 5 litres of pork oil thru our veins every minute.

Anyhoooo on sunday we bought food from the pasar malam. And then 3 of my housemates bought beer. The strongest alcohol available was from 7-11 and it was the special brew from guiness or something... 8.8% i think. so they just took 3 bottles of the strongest shit and paid for it. Now, I was being a good boy and thinking hmmm i don't want to drink. One of the fellows didn't really want to drink much so i said i'd steal some from him just for taste la if that's the case.

Okay fine. back to the house the card games started. Baccarat and Diamond Seven. bla bla. at first the loser had to down a third of a bottle as punishment. Guess who kept losing. It was gang-bang i tell you. The effers who bought the drinks decided their drinks were more fun spent trying to get me drunk. "daniel talking ah. okay make him drink.". Bunch of Fuckers. Seriously. Fuckers. All 4 of them.

DIU MAN i tell you. after taking like two thirds of a big bottle, each time downed, i was thinking hmm okay nvm la but maybe we shud change the rules to the winner gets to decide who should drink. I was honestly actually being nice because i was thinking they bought the drinks and end up they didnt drink at all. WELL GUESS WHAT whoever won just smiled and pointed at your's truly. all in all i think i had 1 big bottle of that crap in my stomach. more or less. freaking lot of gas. fizzy like crap. felt normal la at least. just very minutely dizzy. and even that i think was because i had not been sleeping well for a few weeks so i was rather tired to the end of my strength already that night. So i guess my alcohol tolerance is better than zyin. ~.~

okay apart from having a shitty first night, the stuff i saw and learnt at KKB was really really really kewl. Practical shit. everyday we had to take a complete history from a patient in the ward. we partner up with one of our group mates and do this. and then do physical exam on the patient for CVS respi and GIT. THESE AINT TO BITCHY Simulated PAtients no more! in short i got to feel a really badass pitting oedema that went all the way up to the knees, felt hepatomegaly, presented a case on my first day punya patient ( who had peptic ulcer disease, and which we didn't know before hand, cause we're nto supposed to peep at the case files. We're supposed to take a history from scratch and then see if we can ask the right questions. YAY me because i took that whole history in chinese from that old lady because my partner is a banana. hehe and after the lecturer tried to punch holes in my report and got my other group mates to try to counter question me and pretty much try to poke a hole in my presentation, i managed to fend them off well enough that at the end the lecturer was like hmm okay very good. come here let me sign your log book to give you a good review. wheeeeeeeee ). <------------- ah shit that must have been a bitch to read i know. sorry. lazy to organize my thoughts right now. Uhhh wad else. Oh Yes. pretty much bedside manners is everything. And learning to ... manipulate the patient is ESSENTIAL. and detecting when he/she is being dodgy or slippery or just outright LYING. then nailing them with the right things. uh more elaboration next time la.

That was... the first time that we actually got the feel of being a real live doctor. lol not just the crappy let me ask u a few questions in the out patient ward shit that we have been doing up till now. we left KKB on wednesday evening. had patho workshop on thurs and then behavioural science workshop on friday. In the mean time other groups are doing other stuff according to the timetable for rotations.

OH YES BEHAVIOURAL SCIENCES WORKSHOP. my post is abit long la. FAG JUNHAO COME ONLINE FASTERER i want to tell you about it and also more about the KKB trip. Alot of funny and eventful shit happened in the past week.

Oh yes. Since I've moved to a private house, I've to cook for myself. No more catered food like last year, which I'd complained so much about. The catered halls have the most stupid dinner time ever. EVER. Dinner starts at 5 and ends at 6.30. WTF? When it is around 10pm you will start hearing grumbling and then its time for you to make decision. What kind of decision?

1) To spend more money on some unhealthy Pakistani-made 2 for 5pounds 10 inch pizza or,
2) Save your money and die.

Hard time.

Lunch is much flexible. I was given a meal card and everyday it is uploaded with 6.48 pounds. Yeah i know the amount is random. Nobody know why is it like that. With that 6.48 pounds you can go to any cafeteria or takeaway outlet in the university and choose whatever you want. Normally I'll just get a sandwich, which costs 2pounds=RM12 and the rest I'll just spend on snacks like crisps(potato chips in UK, confusing yeh?) and maybe some chocolate bars so that I can refill my tummy whenever i'm hibernating in my room at night. I hate sunday lunch. If you miss it, that means you are gonna starve til dinner. I woke up late once and realise that after 2 every cafeteria is closed and you wont get any sort of nutrition unless u take a 1.50pound bus to the city to get FOOD. =.=

Dinner in halls is like Rhuban. When it is good, it is acceptable. When it comes bad, it really sucks to the max. But all the time, it sucks. And black. (LOL SRY RUBY! CANT THINK OF BETTER ANALOGY) They boil everything. Veg, potato, rice. Boil rice man. Sometimes i just felt like walking into the kitchen and give the chef a big tight slap for humiliating our main source of CHO. Normally dinner is like this. You get to choose a main course which is either a meat dish or veg. then u get to have side dishes like potatoes, potatoes and potatoes. All sort of diff potatoes. Mash, boil with skin, boil without skin, fried, thick chips, medium chips, slim sexy chips. and a dessert. most of the time the dessert sucks.

Anyway i need to explain my title. I have to walk to get my food. 20 minutes one way everytime. That is the nearest gorcery store (Sainsbury's) that i can find unless i spend 1.50pound =RM9 on single way bus again. Anyway so far my cooking is edible hehehe. I just spent 26quid today. Bought a sea bream and cooked it right away when i reach home. FRESH MEAT TASTES SOOO GOOOD! Then some pointed cabbage, TERUNG/EGGPLANT/AUBERGINE/WHATEVER YOU CALL IT AND IT IS STILL MY FAV FOOD, potatoes, chilli, minced pork, chicken, and some canned stuff.

OH I WANTED TO TELL U ALL THIS. I bought 2 500ml tub of HAAGEN DAAZ icecream!! they got promotion and each costs 2.50pound ONLY!!! OMG OMG i m gonna finish them now and buy them again tmr.

Oh yeah tmr its Nottingham Malaysian Games. Think i've mentioned it in my earlier post. Malaysians frm all over UK will come over to compete in sports. One of the biggest Malaysian student organised event in UK apparently. Time to check out some chicks. Pessimistically, most of the chiques who will be coming are to support their boyfriend playing in the games anyway zzzzzzzzzzzz.

Wooo Jenny! finally see someone updating this. Haha wanna talk bout dissection? Look at my title. HAILAT! For the past 2 weeks i have to finger around Ms Fanny V to get to know about Labia Majora, Labia Minora and the Holy Clity(my friend called them like that) wtf. Cant believe this. My first time belonged to a dead body :( K this is gross.

Oh and this morning, we cut the body into half at the level of L4 if i'm not wrong. then again we split the legs wide open then cut it through the median place. OMG so scary. Half a Hailat this time.

Hmm got this fever last week and now still coughing very badly. The coming Saturday is Nottingham Malaysian Games. Its one of the biggest event for Malaysians in UK. Our fellow countrymen frm all around the British Isles will come over to Nottingham and compete for sport medals. I'm not involved in any games, just being a volunteer and help in organising the basketball tournament. When u guys twin to uk nx year rmb to come for this event yea! oh by the way i think adrian will be coming lol.

Lol I thought no one was interested to see my update. Banyak stuff to do la. Wake up, go lecture, come back cook, makan, tfk, sleep. Eh? Not even a slot for study.

Yeah I'm back in the Pulut Putih place again. No more staying in University catered halls cuz I've moved into a lovely new house! The best thing about it is that it is only 5 minutes walk from my med school! My room is the smallest but much cozier.

K I think i'm getting from bad to worse in writing essay or story but i will try my best giving the best description i can about how i'm doing here.

New house ---> New housemates. I'm staying with 3 other guys, enough ppl for soggy. 2 of them are my course mate. Richard, a fellow Malaysian, ex-HELP student and is a very nice friend. Blur and temperless. Typical guai zai.

The other coursemate is a Thai guy. Oh yeah i've met a lot of Thai here. Funky names man. This guy's name is Parkkapus Shoowit. First time i get to know him i thought he said his name was Platypus Shoo-it. By the way, all of the Thais have funny 'nicknames'. Parkkapus' nick is Peter. Some have really funny ones such as Beauty, Bank, Ball and some have like Kungfu names called Pom, pum, pao! Anyway this friend is a bloody player. I lost count of how many girls he has since i know him. but overall he is a nice friend. Easy-going, cincai and also money waster rofl. He bought some pumpkins to decorate our house for Halloween wtf.

Oh yeah i've bough a new camera. Canon Powershot SX110 IS.

WOohoo quite happy with that. 9 Megapix, 10x OPtical zoom and comes with a range of manual function. Can customize aperture and shutter speed, even manual focus! BOught it from ebay for 170pounds. That was the first time i buy something frm ebay. Things are much cheaper in ebay coz the retailers sell things online and they do not need to pay rent for shops. The only downside is that there is a risk that the product might be faulty and the exchange or refund is much of a hassle.

I was involved in quite a few events organized by the Nottingham Malaysian soc. The first event was the Orientation night and I was the emcee. Had no experience doing that but it turned out pretty fun. Was abit nervous at the start as there were so many ppl in the hall but i managed to pull it off pretty well. Not many pretty girls around but i've noticed a few with f-off sign tattooed on their forehead. Sad man. Haiya study la.

OH yeah! guess what i joined the Choir of a Christian fellowship consisted of mostly asians. They didnt have enough guys so a lenglui asked me to join. Things like this hard to resist right? :)

Kla enough of all these crap. So far so good. Still single and proudly virgin. everyday same routine as i described above. Will write more la when free. SOmeone else post things on this please!

Hey guys, was wasting my time in youtube and encountered these 2 videos. They are made by our juniors. The 2008 batch of PM6. Seems that their LAN class has gotten more interesting as their assignments were to make videos instead of doing some stupid research assignments.

In the first video, apparently there is a freakin KOREAN in their class O.o and at around 3:00++ in the first vid, the guy who got beaten up by the korean looks like Chin Nam LMAO. And they got an indian girl called ASHVINNY!! ROFL ASHVIN YOUR SISTER???!!??

Gosh its been forever since I last saw you guys!!! Missed all of you very very much. *reminisce to all the good times and the fun filled trips we had* Ok ok, stop day-dreaming shireen! Haha!! But seriously I had the most fun times with you guys!!! Perhentian and Genting and all. Woohooooo~ Me likey me likey!! :p

But actually, on a more serious note, I'm posting this post as a dedication to our dearest mentor, Ms Nor. She has had retinal detachment surgery about two weeks ago on her right eye. She is now recuperating and because of the doctors orders, cant have visitors! So we cant go visit her until she has the permission from the docs. But she will be letting us know when we can go. So we better all get together and go yeah!!!! Please do include her in your prayers that she can and will be able to see with her right eye again.

WE MISS YOU AND LOVE YOU VERY MUCH MS NOR! GET WELL SOON!!! *hugs*

The moment I lay my foot on the British soil, what was in my heart was great hope of a whole new family of friendships and love. Dreams of meeting another bunch of great buddies and jimuis, maybe not perfectly replace the academical siblings whom I share my laughter and sadness with, but a glimmer of hope for at least some who can be nearly as good. After months here, that sparkle was still not found.

I always love to see ppl around me enjoy and stay happy. This is the source of my life. I enjoy other's happiness. This is why I don't mind making myself a fool and spitting out lame jokes which occasionally will have someone to appreciate it in PM6. At least someone laughs with me. Thats my joy.

Here ppl dont laugh with me, but laugh at me. Cracking jokes even with my fellow countrymen will only earn me belittling eyesights and bombardments of the word: LAME. No one shares my laughter, so needless to say there is ppl to be there and care for me here. Sometimes they do, if only they find that there is something they can gain from you, but if you are not proven worthy enough, praise turns to jeers, appreciation turns to disparagement. Occasionally there are exceptions, and i appreciates that, but the feeling of emptiness is still corroding my heart.

I miss my family, u guys and your laughters.

0100a.m. and I am still up watching Whose Line on YouTube. There is no class in the next morning but I still have to wake up early to go to KMC, the place where Malaysian Night will be held and I was suppose to be there to help out on props.
Suddenly a loud trembling sound could be heard and my room shook violently. The floor vibrated and I could see that everything was shaking. 10 seconds. It stopped. My heart was still palpitating. "What the F*** was that??" Noises could be heard from outside of my room. The hallmates came out of their room puzzled and shocked by the sudden oscillation of earth. Apparently it was not a hallucination. BBC news showed that there was a 4.7 magnitude of earthquake but there is still no report of heavy damage.
Luckily I am still able to come back to see u guys.

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar... and the coffee...

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.
He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar.He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous 'yes.'
The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.
'Now,' said the professor, as the laughter subsided, 'I want you to recognise that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things. Your family, your children, your faith, your health, your friends, and your favourite passions. Things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter. Your job, your house, and your car. The sand is everything else. The small stuff.'
'If you put the sand into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. I think i m lacking of creativity to use this same title as the personal msg i put in my msn, but i somehow like it very much as it already summarized what i wanted to say. Its 3 a.m. now and there is less than 24 hours before i leave this land of reminiscence. Juz finished a WoW 1v6 insane peons and was thrashed 5-11 LOL! Not a usual insomniac, I juz don feel like sleeping. I have this deja-vu feeling of everyone is parting with me, the feeling which i felt during the last day of my secondary school 5s2 class trip. Everyone is going different directions. haiz.

I really miss u guys lar. I didnt know why i made this choice, but i hope that i made the right decision which shapes my future. Although i will not be here until at least a year later, trust me, my heart is always with PM6 (a lil with 5s2 >.<). U guys have brighten my life. It was really a tough 1.5 year for me. There were piling pressure frm parents n myself. There were also some unforeseen matters which happened in a range of 9 months. All these depressing moment vanishes whenever i step into this class of jubilation n mirth. The laughter, the insults, the f-words, the diunis, the lengluis, the hengdais really brighten up my days. Thank you all so much. Really glad to hav all of u as classmates. A msg to Anas, Wei Loong, Bawani n Ibrahim: Saupei u left the wrong class NOOOBB!! Aisyah, Amir, Farah, Thava n Khang Weeeeee, though u all left early, u are stil a part of our memories(khangweeee can we go pd again?). Jo Ean, Laveena, Natasya, Kezanne n Keat Ying. Although i don talk to u that often, i still appreciates the time we spent together as classmates. You make the class complete by balancing the noise level created by others hehe. (I support John Cena more) Adrian, u too make the class complete. Fun to have u as part of us so that we can make ppl shuddup by sending u to gay with them(kiddin^^) hehe anyway all da bez to u in ireland, with kezanne rite? I looked through the blog and realised that no one has wrote an account of the Perhentian trip, since i'm relatively free, decided I should pen a few words down before it becomes a distant memory [God forbid but just in case-lah ;)] but just so you know, please don't expect fu-yo england from me, because my writing aint great at all, and ever since i've stopped any form of intellectual 'doing' my brain kind of ceased its better functions.

SO anyway,

We were all very very very excited about the whole trip, and HUGE thanks to Junhao who single handedly planned it so so well.

Pre-trip, us girls (zyin, becca and i) decided to squeeze some money out from Junhao so that we can get food for the trip, just in case you know, we ended stranded in some kind of isolated island, we won't starve and such. so yes, we got lots of food from good ol' Giant, from cornflakes to cup noodles, plastic cups with covers and cheap tissue and lots of sweets. Making sure we were well equipped for the five days on an island away from home and (so we thought) civilisation, we just couldn't wait to get on the bus and GO.

woot! 23rd June 07' came in a blink of an eye, and soon we were making noise infront of mcdees with no airconditioning and a whole bunch of restless children... he he. there were 17 of us [correct me if i'm wrong] and +1 which was darell's big bro (the only guy who got my little pony right and the guy who hurt rhuban's foot HAHA!) then finally after alot of 'when is the bus coming junhaaaooo?' the Maharani Bus finally reached Putra station and we excitedly got up the bus just to meet alot of unhappy faces from strangers who took up our back seaaat! :( :( :( anyway, realising we couldn't do much about the 'others' we made do with what we had. the bus ride was uneventful, of course with all those 'others' in between our ppl how to make noise and have fun! nevertheless, we were just plain thankful we got to the jetty in one piece, seeing the bus was travelling to what seemed like no-man's land [ remember the isolated petrol station in the middle of nowhere with the gross toilets] and the stop over for food... *shivers* of course we didn't consume any in case we contract some weird disease [ i know sound like a bunch of brats but if you were us you would freak out as well] this is when gardinia buns cannot go wrong. so yay. we finally reached the jetty, and there was food there but the boat was already there! and so yippeee! we got onto the boat!!! the sky was beautiful!!! and Junhao passed us some wishing papers [ biodegradeble] to wish or wishes and let it be swallowed by the big blue sea.

so we reached Perhentian Island just before nightfall and had a great welcoming dinner after checking into our 'oh-so-cute' keyed rooms in D'Ayumnis!

we didn't do much that night but played taboo in the guy's room and got attacked by a cockroach.

2nd day! off we go in search of what was beneath the big blue sea! equipped with our snorkelling sets and very friendly tour guides, it seemes nothing else in the world could have been better than that day... swimming swimming just keep swimming.

of course we (girls) packed ourselves from head to toe with lots and lots and lots of sunblock... ha ha. i didnt go into the water that day because of reasons, hah! anyway i spent my time on the boat laughing at how everyone looked with their snorkels, flippers and oversized lifejackets! hehhehe. and then we visited air berani (sp?) and i got drenched no thanks to the boat driver! by the way our guide's name is abg yo.. damn cheeky fella. so yes fish fish everywhere, for a better description of fish please refer to darell's pictures because saya sudah malas.

we brought bread along to feed the fish too! sadly i cant remember the islands we visited that day :( choral reef was one rite? please add in ya if u all do. then tired and so super worn out we headed back to shore. and our boat caught fire too. HA HA. and we discovered snicker shake/ mars shake, how cool is that wei? then we washed up, berbonding in the rooms... and headed for another good dinner! then we played charades that night, and we girls kicked ass. HA HA.

3rd day! eh, snorkelling again, this time i went into water! woot! its seriously very beautful under the sea and i think that we scare alot of fishes, but they were so cute and so fish-like, but anyhow another day spent under the sun! we had lunch on some other part of the island and saw HUGE monitor lizards, like dinosaur. so then we headed back to shore after another day out at the sea, and went jungle trekking! woot! so semangat kan, so yes trek we did for hours it seemes. we took a break at another part of the island, and watched the guys kick ball and darell pk frisbee-ing. and that was that. we were sweaty, smelly and definately so tired, i wasn't even hungry. we climbed rocks too, and jumped on mud... hehe ew. and we saw bats. so by the time we got back it was night fall, and yup, that pretty much sums up our day.

4th day! we went over to redang and langtengah and marine park! those places were definately overrated :( i felt Perhentian had clearer waters and nicer fish. but by this day, we got used to seeing the same types of fish everywhere, so we pretty much were drained from the trip already. ooo, and shireen had a fan club! then we balik shore. ms lee [ awesome lady with so so so cute daughter] arranged to have a fire show for us at night. which was so so soooo coool! thank god no one burned themselves :p haha, but alls well ends well. and that night we had a BBQ dinner, and junhao engseng adrian jiayi were terribly burnt, see! don't put enough sun block lah! neh! that night we decided to spend it together, last night mer, and shared ghost stories, to the horror of some! ha ha! but it was all good and fun :)

5th day :( so sad. all things have to come to an end...time flew past us without any of us realising it was all over! and i wished we could spend more time together. so we packed and bought souveniers in the morning, took the boat ride all the way back again, said our goodbyes, and off we were back home. the ten hour bus ride back to KL, uneventful again because we were all sleeping..i guess :)

all in all, it was such a wonderful trip, had so much fun, no words can describe what a blast it was. so till next time ppl, we shall meet again :) thanks for the memories.

wow yeah. needless to say,all who went to perhentian will agree tat it was the super coolest classtrip ever. whoa high liao lo. it was the bestest best best class trip ever.and we owe it all to JH PPT. God knows he put in alot of work and time and effort to help the bunch of us organize. And we know we havent been the most accomodating bunch...in fact if i may say so we're real biatches at times ain't we. as i think every smart ass who's visited the blog will know, JH just spent his whole lifetime's "emo-quota" in that one post. The reason was simple: chin nam and his wearing of teabag. Our Pathetic Class Trip

This is the mild version of explanation regarding our class trip compared to the one below. For those who could not stand vulgarity PLEASE DO NOT VIEW THE POST BELOW. For those who have read it I sincerely apologize if i had offended you. I am sorry. I will delete the post soon.

There is a reason why we are travelling at night. We to travel for around 7 hours from KL to Marang, Kuala Besut. There are only 2 bus available, which is either the morning shift or night one. If we travel in the morning, we will reach there late in the afternoon, so we will waste a whole day for travelling and we will pay for one night's room.

Why we want 5D4N?
1) To have fun
2) To be together as a class for one day longer
3) Price different : 4D3N ----RM425 including bus fare
5D4N ----RM450 including bus fare
4) On the 27th, we will just spend the whole day travelling
5) Come on!!???!!! This is our LAST MOMENT to be together!!

Since most of you opposes the idea that we are goin to travel at night, now i will discuss with the agent, and we will get a bus in the morning of 22nd. We will reach there at late afternoon and we will pay for the meals for that day. Everything will go on as planned, and we will be going back on the 26th. So now this has became a 4.5day4night trip. Price will be RM450.

If you all agree with this idea, please inform me ASAP. I REALLY hope that ALL OF YOU can make it. Please i beg u all...
